Engineering support to Consulting Firm.

Engineering Design, Tender Documentation & Construction Superintendent Services for end-of-life upgrades for all mechanical services including:

8 x Packaged air conditioning units
4 x Ducted VRF AC units serving main auditorium c/w return air fans and motorized dampers on spill air system
6 x Ducted split AC units serving various gallery & exhibition spaces
Kitchen exhaust & make-up fan upgrades
2 x MSSB Upgrades
Full site BMS Upgrade (Innotech)
