There are two entry pathways:

1 Experienced

The main criteria for entry to our organization via this pathway is to have experience working with a Tier 1 Mechanical contractor in Australia or New Zealand. Number of years in the industry is not critical, as long as you have an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day workflows and can operate independently to deliver projects.

We have roles for Mechanical Services Engineers, BIM coordinators and Drafters proficient in preparing mechanical services workshop drawings using REVIT software.

Have Experience but don't meet the criteria above?

If you have some experience but do not meet the criteria above, the only other pathway is via our “graduate” entry. This is not intended as an insult, but rather we need to efficiently identify any gaps in technical proficiency and local industry knowledge then find a way to rapidly bring you up to speed. This is the same goal we have when we hire completely green graduates. We look for traits and personality markers which improve your chances of success on our high-performance teams.

The main metric of success is to help you become productive in the shortest amount of time possible, so having prior experience should give you an advantage to advance quickly. Further information is available in the section below.

2 Graduate / Other

We believe it is important to invest in the next generation of Engineers, and as such have a pathway available to encourage people without job specific experience to enter the industry. However, this needs to be done in a commercially viable manner, so our interview process is aimed at identifying high calibre candidates who learn quickly and can become productive members of the team after a few short weeks.
